The email's subject line should read, "Your Trifecta Meal Plan Receipt," and it should have been sent from the email address 'updates@message.noom.com'. In that email, there's a paragraph that explains how you can cancel from your Noom app or Noom portal page. You may also visit the FAQ on Nooms website which shows how to cancel.
