What impacts ketosis are net carbs, which are total carbs minus dietary fiber. This is because dietary fiber does not spike blood sugar or insulin, and thus you do not count the fiber when counting your carbs for keto. For example, our Marinara Meatballs
over creamy cauliflower rice contains 12 grams of total carbs and 4 grams of fiber, resulting in 8 net carbs.
Our net carb count varies by meal, but on average, each meal contains 12 grams of net carbs or less. To find the net carbs for any Trifecta meal, simply subtract the dietary fiber from the total carbs listed on the label.
Ex: Total Carbs 26g - Dietary Fiber 17g = Net Carbs 9g
