Our Food Values
We dedicate immense effort to craft high-quality meals, ensuring organic produce*, responsibly-sourced proteins, and precise macronutrient balance. Quality is ingrained in our nature. Trifecta follows the California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) standards, certified by the USDA National Organic Program.
Trifecta prioritizes animal welfare, ensuring high-quality, humanely raised proteins, offering the highest quality protein available of any meal delivery.
Trifecta emphasizes sourcing the highest-quality organic ingredients listed in the Dirty Dozen to maintain high organic produce standards and reduce pesticide exposure.
Trifecta mainly uses and prioritizes non-genetically modified organisms (GMOs) from growth to production, but Trifecta acknowledges ongoing GMO verification may not be available in ingredients and formulations from the kitchen operations.
USDA allows less than 5% of bioengineered ingredients without GMO labeling; Trifecta and USDA exceptions apply for vegan proteins like Impossible products.
Trifecta has a strict banned ingredient list as part of our product specifications that are followed and adhered by our kitchen facilities and chefs.
Our banned ingredient list includes 237 ingredients we do not allow in our food, including preservatives, certain oils, artificial flavorings, and the like to ensure our meals are always the highest quality to help you achieve your goals.
Gluten-Free Ingredients
Unless otherwise specified, Trifecta uses gluten-free ingredients and aims for less than 20 ppm of gluten presence. Our facilities are not gluten-free certified.Trifecta prides itself in creating incredibly healthy and tasty meals without the excessive addition of salt. This is another massive differentiator between Trifecta and the competition.
Sodium levels are all carefully moderated and kept between 600mg - 800mg per meal, depending on the meal plan. This can equate to ~1,800mg - 2,400mg of sodium a day, depending on the meal plan, which follows the FDA’s Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of 2,300mg a day.

When possible, Trifecta prioritizes animal welfare, ensuring high-quality, humanely raised proteins. Our commitment is reflected in both our Meal Prep offerings and our meals, providing the best protein quality of any meal delivery service.
We source the highest quality meats with the highest standards available currently in the market. Animals are raised with respect and care, and without added hormones or antibiotics!
We source our seafood sustainably, to bring you today’s tastiest and healthiest catch, while protecting tomorrow’s fish populations.
Lastly, our pork and eggs are sourced with the same care as the rest of our proteins.
