My name is Alyssa, and I like sweet potatoes. I like them chopped up in a coconut curry sauce. I like them cubed in a vegetarian shepherd's pie. And I like them drizzled with a balsamic glaze and paired with brussels sprouts.This shocking food confession is brought to you courtesy of Trifecta Nutrition, because before starting their Paleo meal plan, I didn't buy sweet potatoes and I certainly didn't eat them. Before Trifecta, my meals usually consisted of chicken breast, rice, and a reheated bag of frozen veggies. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy food and trying new things. I just don't enjoy cooking. Trifecta's meal delivery service has opened my eyes to a whole new spectrum of foods I didn't eat, and saves me the time of having to meal prep any of it. Since starting a Paleo meal plan with Trifecta, my meals have diversified from boring to amazing: veggie paella with turkey patty, pesto minestrone with shrimp, and spinach potato curry with chicken tender.My body is loving all the vegetables and how clean these meals are, and my social conscious is loving the quality and sustainability of the food. Trifecta is amazing, and I would (and do) recommend it to anyone.

I've been on the Paleo meal plan since November and have loved it so far. This meal plan takes the stress out of meal planning with my hectic work schedule while fitting in time at the gym. The meals are perfectly portioned, allow me to hit my macros, and most importantly are delicious. The few issues I've had have been met with great customer service, and I would absolutely recommend Trifecta to anyone.

I'm currently using the Trifecta Nutrition Paleo meal delivery service, and I absolutely love the service. By day, I'm a controls engineer, and by night I teach robotics at a technical school. I love to stay active and have a puppy. I'm training for a marathon in May, and have no spare time to grocery shop or meal prep. I tend to eat whatever is most convenient and find myself gaining weight and feeling tired. I love the Trifecta Paleo plan because it has lots of vegetables and different flavors, the proteins are real meats that are cooked in a flavorful way. Sometimes texture is an issue with food, but the Trifecta Nutrition good doesn't have that problem. Everything comes in microwaveable trays that are vacuum sealed, so they never leak. I just grab two in the morning and go about my day. Each one is between 300-400 calories, but I've never felt unsatisfied when I'm done eating them, and even have struggled to eat the whole portion once or twice. It's not boring, bland, or unrecognizable. All I have to do is heat it up and eat it. This is the perfect meal plan for a hungry, busy person who is trying to eat healthier. Customer Service is very responsive and helpful as well! It's been a great experience so far!

As a single professional my time is precious! Working 80+ hours per week, something had to give. I’ve only been with Trifecta for about a month now, but they have definitely increased my nutrition in such a short amount of time. This is my first time trying anything Paleo and I’m loving it so far. The meals are different every week and since they’re all pre-cooked, I’ve had way more time to concentrate on my fitness. Trifecta takes the worry about having to prep my own meals, so it really eases my mental load and allows me to relax.
