When I decided to make a come back this year and resume my MMA career at age 40, it was all about confidence. I still had the itch, and my team knew that I would have to be as prepared as possible. While those close to me didn’t have any doubts, some on the outside did. And that’s okay. I get it.

It’s true -- I am busy. Between waking up early for practice, stopping home to see my family, checking on my business interests, and hopping over to evening training sessions, I don’t have a lot of time to shop or cook meals.
