Trifecta meals are portion controlled to keep calories within a desirable range for most diets, averaging ~350 to ~550 calories per meal depending on the plan you choose. All food will have nutritional and calorie information on the label so that you can adjust your intake to meet your fitness goals.
We also focus on providing only high quality calories from whole foods and nutrient dense ingredients, by eliminating nearly all added sugar, primarily using healthy, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, and sticking to grass-fed, humanely raised, or sustainably-caught proteins (claims dependent on the protein).
